This webinar is open to Ontario-based businesses.

Description

The webinar will address the pervasive challenges faced by small business owners, particularly those from under-represented groups. Access to capital is a formidable hurdle, hindering growth and perpetuating disparities. In this session, we delve into the intricate issues surrounding funding and explore the profound impact on the entrepreneurial landscape.

Meridian’s uniquely flexible loan program supports entrepreneurial diversity and improved access to financing.

Securing business financing can be difficult for entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, this challenge is often greater for entrepreneurs in diverse groups, including Indigenous peoples, women entrepreneurs, newcomers to Canada, visible minorities, 2SLGBTQ+ people, and people with disabilities.

To help close that financing gap, Meridian’s Business Accelerator loans program offers flexible term financing for improved access to working capital between $25,000 and $500,000, supported by BDC*.   Businesses located on Reserve are also eligible for up to $100,000.
