A Business Program Like No Other

Designed to fit the busy schedules of working professionals, the Schulich Mini-MBA for Indigenous Leaders is a virtual program with 12 instructor-led, interactive sessions taught over 3 months. This is where you’ll foster new business relationships and develop applicable business solutions to take back to your job.

Built on the experiences of the business community and the Indigenous community, this Mini-MBA uniquely combines the latest research taught in classrooms with real-world business skills and insights from Indigenous business leaders. This first-of-its-kind partnership brings together Schulich ExecEd’s renowned professional development expertise with CCIB’s commitment to fostering Indigenous business excellence.

In addition to covering the Mini-MBA’s key content areas, participants will get the chance to meet their colleagues and instructors at the in-person program kickoff and graduation events. What’s more, the centerpiece Capstone project gives you the chance to apply your learnings to a real-world challenge. The Capstone is supplemented by focused group coaching sessions with a seasoned Schulich Business Coach to enhance your learning experience.

At the end of the program, graduates will receive the official Schulich Mini-MBA Certificate, and receive sustained wraparound support through CCIB’s coaching programs.
