Cultural Awareness Trainer:
About the Company
Balsam: Indigenous Reconciliation Education & Advisory Inc. was founded in Spring 2021 by two young and optimistic Indigenous entrepreneurs who saw the need for quality and approachable Professional Indigenous Ally Training.
Balsam’s aim not only to provide a unique educational experience, we also want clients to leave the sessions with a renewed passion and confidence to foster reconciliation grounded in mutual respect.
Our Process
Balsam will work with each organization to assess the needs of the organization. We ensure our materials are geared towards the appropriate audience. This is done through a written assessment and/or a phone call.
Balsam offers various curriculum packages that cover topics such as history, business and governance to name a few. Our initial consultation will inform which of our packages will best support your organization’s needs. Balsam Learning (www.balsamlearning.com) core material is standard for all of our curriculums. Upon completion of the Balsam Learning course, your organization will receive a Certificate of Completion by Balsam.
