The University of Waterloo’s Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) Unit is the largest provider of co-operative education and work-integrated learning opportunities to students across the country. CEE is committed to our mission to equip and empower learners for the future of work and lifelong learning. We do so by developing talent for a complex future, advancing research, and strengthening Waterloo’s sustainable and diverse communities through work-integrated learning.
CEE is committed to mobilizing our unique resources, knowledge and leadership within our associations and collaborations with government and industry, to grow and strengthen a robust global experiential learning ecosystem.
This includes a focus on developing a deeper understanding of diversity, accessibility, sustainability and intercultural effectiveness within ourselves and our stakeholders. In a growing economy and understanding the importance of building and strengthening relationships with Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners, CEE looks forward to meaningful connections of top-talent youth with industry.
The workforce is ever-changing, and our students are well-equipped, eager, and full of innovative ideas and can lend those skills to industry to support the development of both youth opportunities, and economic benefit and support to organizations.
