Recruitment Solutions

Our expert recruitment consultants are here to find right-fit talent aligned to your company’s culture and business demands. We proactively connect with candidates across the country through community events, networking and job fairs to house a diverse candidate directory. We focus on field operations, engineering, information technology and professional roles.

We recognize the benefits of integrating with our Indigenous communities and believe in removing barriers to employment via our recruitment strategies. We create opportunities to connect you with our local qualified candidates across the country by prioritizing underrepresented, professional candidates with the opportunity for employment.

Investing in our Home

The way we conduct our candidate searches helps us develop a dynamic pool of contingent workforce candidates from local communities. Our goal is to establish healthy community relations and stimulate economic growth by engaging businesses and individuals located in the areas where our clients operate.

At Stream Source, we believe a vibrant community improves the lives of all of its residents, and we are committed to improving the lives of those in the communities we work with

We reinvest a percentage of our profits earned from our client engagements back into community programs tied to sports, education, health, and employment. Our partnerships with Indigenous communities establish healthy, sustainable, and meaningful opportunities within the community. As of 2023 we’ve reinvested $100,000 in our local Alberta Indigenous communities, including an elder care program in Fort McKay and a community park in Janvier.

Commitment to Health & Safety

The health and safety of everyone at Stream Source are of paramount importance to all of us. We are proud of our recent audit score of 92% and our Alberta WCB Certificate of Recognition (COR) for Health and Safety standards.

We are committed to conducting business in a manner that protects the health, safety, and security of our workforce and is compatible with the environmental and economic needs of the communities in which our clients operate. We ensure consistent and structured onboarding processes for all contractors and candidates in safety-sensitive and non-safety sensitive roles, which reduces compliance risks for our clients.

Safety is the responsibility of every employee and continuous improvement is a strategic imperative at Stream Source.
