Our Neapolitan style pizzas are made with the finest ingredients – ’00’ style flour and San Marzano tomatoes – and have a perfectly soft, moist centre with a crisp, slightly charred crust. Cooked in an authentic wood/gas pizza oven from Naples Italy, our pizzas are prepared the same way as in Naples, and eaten ‘a libretto’ – folded like a book.
