Landmark Survey and Testing Ltd. was founded in February 2020 by experienced individuals in the construction and mining industry from diverse backgrounds. The team set out to provide quality control expertise to projects in Northwestern Ontario from skilled staff with real world, boots on the ground experience. Our focus is to deliver professional services and material testing to projects through collaborations with Owners, Consultants and General Contractors. Using industry standard testing, inspecting and surveying, our team ensures the quality achieved adheres to specifications. AD Technical Services is filled with people that strive to execute projects successfully. Our services include quality control program development and turnovers, AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting, CCIL certified aggregate testing, nuclear gauge compaction testing and construction surveying.
