Women Building Futures provides free skills training and support services for women and gender-diverse individuals, so they’ll be ready for a career in the skilled trades.
We prepare women for careers that lead to economic security and connect them to careers that pay above a living wage.
We also offer financial support to make this dream a reality, covering training costs, childcare, as well as providing affordable housing. Our advisors also offer coaching and support for our students before, during and after they join one of our programs.
Our organization has a thriving 25-year history, and become registered as a non-profit society in 1998, with many of our graduates working in construction, engineering, trucking and welding.
