TCIG is the 100% First Nations-owned and operated parent company of a group of commercially competitive subsidiary companies doing business in the commercial mainstream of Canada. TCIG is owned by the seven Tribal Councils of Manitoba, representing 50 First Nations communities (approx. 150,000 First Nations Peoples). TCIG’s purpose is to create strong Indigenous corporations with the ability to participate in economic reconciliation to redeem on promises made by Canada. TCIG has a long proud history of successful participation in a variety of market sectors in Canada including manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare. TCIG incorporates the principles of “Indigenomics”, integrating both Indigenous social values and sound business metrics, into our business model and all that we do. TCIG is currently focussed on investments, opportunities, and joint ventures that support the inclusion of Indigenous businesses to Canada’s economic table.
