Dolan holds a degree in International Business and Supply Chain Management from MacEwan University. Working with Public Services and Procurement Canada since 2004, he has held numerous positions, ranging from the purchase of goods and services, business and policy support, to the design of workload management and risk assessment systems for procurement officers across Acquisitions Branch within PSPC. Dolan currently leads a team of outreach officers for PAC-WR
