(“Flat Iron”) is a mid-sized Greater Toronto Area (GTA) construction firm that specializes in construction management, general contracting, and design-build services predominantly within the workplace, retail, and hospitality sectors. Specializing in commercial tenant fit-outs in primarily Class A real estate in the GTA, Flat Iron builds over 1M sq. ft. of commercial space annually.  Flat Iron also has a growing ground-up division, delivering purpose-built commercial projects in the GTA.  These projects are generally low to mid-rise projects, including golf course facilities, places of worship, and automotive dealerships.
