We specialize in providing turn-key services to utilities for mainline and gas pipeline construction, rehabilitation and maintenance on a 24/7 basis. NPL provides new construction maintenance and replacement services for all plastic and steel pipe sizes from ½” to 48” in diameter as well as mainline, maintenance, pipeline integrity, facility installation / fabrication and directional drilling work. Our crews are fully equipped, trained and certified to perform work on a self-directed turn-key basis which includes pre-work planning, construction drawings, line staking, installation, inspection and testing. NPL a vast amount of experience in highly urbanized environments completing high volume residential services, as well as more complex large-diameter pipeline projects. We also have a myriad of experience in rural environments and understand the unique challenges that these regions post such as environmental management and monitoring, restoration and reclamation.
