Halifax TFAB Networking Event 2019

Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business along with Ulnooweg and COVE welcomed you to our Tools and Financing for Aboriginal Business (TFAB) networking event where the audience was provided with valuable networking opportunities between a variety of corporations and Aboriginal business.

We were pleased to welcome as our featured guest speaker, Ms. Denise Pothier of Stantec who discussed Stantec’s commitment as an Aboriginal Procurement Champion to increasing procurement opportunities for Aboriginal business as well as her own commitment to increasing STEM career opportunities for Aboriginal peoples.

TFAB Aboriginal Business Networking Events are held in a variety of locations across Canada to:

  • Create a space for Aboriginal entrepreneurs to connect with likeminded peers

  • Provide Aboriginal entrepreneurs and businesses with the opportunity to grow their professional networks and profile through connecting with CCAB corporate members and other organizations committed to Aboriginal business

  • Provide opportunities to learn more about what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur from special guest speakers.
