The 16th Annual Vancouver Gala was hosted by Métis singer, songwriter, speaker and actress, Andrea Menard and opening prayer was provided by Elder Ray G. Thunderbird. The evening celebrated and honoured the accomplishments of Carol Anne Hilton, the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Aboriginal Relations. Learn more about Carol Anne and past laureates here.
